The last time I waited about 3 hours just to get the computer reset to read the new valuve stem so it didn't show flat. This time I dropped it off with a 9 AM appointment and didn't get it back toll 4 PM. For an oil change and tire rotation!!Response from Larson Chevy GMC

Nebraska City, NE | 2025 GMC AcadiaJuly 18, 2025I really appreciate the service I have received thru the Larson Motor dealership. Everyone that I have dealt with has treated me with great service. Since I primarily deal with Drew my comments will be directed primarily towards him. Drew goes above and beyond to take care of general maintenance appointments as well as providing me with all of the information I needed when deciding to purchase our new Acadia. Since I'm so needy with how the car measurements are due to my back issues he measured car seat heights, he let me sit in a number of vehicles, he drove while I rode (he also let me drive) to see if the Acadia would work after being used to a large full size SUV, he just did whatever he could to make the process of changing to a smaller car work for me. The only negative I would offer is that while others were on vacation he was trying to do his best while doing his job and 2 others. On the day we closed on our purchase we had to be cut short because he needed to do the paperwork for another salesman's sale. Doing the paperwork of a purchase almost needs to be its own department with 1 person always just doing that part of the sale. So Drew came to our house to finish our appointment. This is the kind of service I have gotten through him! I am very happy working with the people at Larson Motor and hope to be able to continue doing business with them as long as I own a car. They always take care of me with good service no matter what I need. And then there is Jen out of the business office who finds me if I haven't gotten as far as her office and provides me with lots of smiles and great conversation, but I always know that I can call her as well as Drew if I would ever need something.
